TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 41 OF 2016 By Omwanza SamSon Ombati, of P.O. Box 4045-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last written will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the. estate of William Rongora Ntimama alias William ole Ntimama, late of Narok, who died at Narok Town, on 1st September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
