Box 21966_ 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Winrose Wanjiku Nyaga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Winrose Wanjiku Nyaga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopt the name Wiruose Wanjiku Andere, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Winrose Wanjiku Andere only.
