WHEREAS Wakabochi Kabui alias Mbochi Kabue (deceased), is registered as propnetor of that piece of land contarnrng 2.8 acres or thereabout, knorvn as Lrmuru/Ngecha/434 "B", situate in the district of Krambu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Limuru in succession cause No. l2l of 2015, has rssued grant of letters of admrnrstratron to (l) Joseph Mugo Mbochr and (2) Edrvard Frank Nganga, and rvhereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wakabochi Kabui alias Mbochi Kabue (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provrded no valrd objectron has been received withln that period, I rntend to drspense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed wrth the registration of the said rnstrumentof R.L. l9 and R.L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said P. MRJ2483439 MR/2483440 GAzE'r-rE NorIcE No. 10720 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3 of2Or2) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Juanary Nganga Kuniara, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngobit/Supuko Block 41787, situate in thc district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Couft at Nyeri in successior cause No. 769 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Magdalinah Wanjiku Ng'ang'a, and whereas the said administrator has executed en application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, atrd whereas the said title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend o dispense with the production of the said land title deed and procecd with the registration of the said application to be registered rs proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Magdalinah Wanjihr Ng'ang'a, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlicr to Juanary Nganga Kuniara, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
