No. 10491182, situate in the north west of Kikuyu Township in Kiambu Drstrict, by virtue of an indenture registered in Volume N65, Folio 205/1, File 21027, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 97464, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is regrstered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. 1698/VA,IN, situate north of Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 26734, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of thts land title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the MN2483452 MRt24842t2 Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (6O) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
