WHEREAS (1) Keziah Nduta Ndegwa and (2) James Gathioro Chege, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces ofland containing 0.330 and 0.067 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Krambu, registered under title Nos. Kabete/Lower Kabete/1705 and 2706, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereofhave been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
