NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th August, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 312, in Volume B-13, Folio 1630/10976, File No. 1637, by our client, Mohamed Mohamud Noor, of P.O. Box 106–70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Sheikh Farah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Sheikh Farah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Mohamud Noor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Mohamud Noor only.
