NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Kenko (EPZ) Limited (“the Company”), or any other person claiming ownership of a Turquoise saloon car Reg. KAD 842R (“the Vehicle”), which has been lying at the premises of Sameer Industrial Park, of P.O. Box 30429–00100, junction of Enterprise Road and Mombasa Road, Nairobi, for approximately seventeen (17) years to take delivery of the goods upon payment of storage charges, the cost of publishing this notice and all other incidental charges thereto, within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, should the said vehicle remain uncollected at the expiry of this period, shall be sold either by either public auction or private treaty, without any further notice and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against accrued charges.
