APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 2nd October, 2013, I appointed Boniface M. Karanja, Senior Co-operative Auditor, of P.O. Box 3261–60200, Meru to be liquidator of Nkuene Farmers Co- operative Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/246) for a period not exceeding two (2) years and whereas the said liquidator has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 13th September, 2016 for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said liquidator to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
