APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 2nd September, 2015, I appointed Philips A. K’oremo, of P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi, to be liquidator of Munyaka Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/2887) for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said Philips A. K’Oremo, P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 2nd September, 2016 for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said liquidator to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
