THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fatuma Mumbua Musembi, (2) John Ngereza Musembi and (3) Theresa Kavata Musembi, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as Nakuru/Municipality Block 29/380 (Ronda), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court at Nakuru in civil suit No. 647 of 2005 has ordered that the said piece of land be reverted back to Kavata Kindili (deceased), and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument to the estate of Kavata Kindili (deceased), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Fatuma Mumbua Musembi, (2) John Ngereza Musembi and (3) Theresa Kavata Musembi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
