IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Physical Planners Registration Act and paragraph 1 (a) of the schedule, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning appoints— AUGUSTINE KHAEMBA MASINDE to be the Chairman of the Physical Planners Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 29th September, 2016.
