TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 161 OF 2016 By Jenaro Nicholus Ndege, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ndege Oswe alias Ndege Osue, who died on 10th September, 2009. CAUSE No. 162 OF 2016 , By (1) Peter Onyango Bodo and (2) Grace Aomo Bodo, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Bodo Agunda, who died on 7th September, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
