TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2016 By John Mwanzia Muasya, of P.O. Box 1050-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Muasya Kitibo, who died at Kawayani, on 14th August, 2004. CAUSE No. 103 OF 2016 By Patrick N. Mutuku, of P.O. Box 1050, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutuku Kathanzi alias Kivathi, who died at Kakutha, Kyevaluki, on 23rd October, 1994. CAUSE No. 108 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Ancent Ndavi Kioko, (2) Boniface Musyoka Kioko and (3) Nicholas Mutunga Kioko, all of P.O. Box 3952-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kioko Nthongoi, who died at Kwandeto, Kathaana, Machakos, on 7th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
