CAUSE No. 66 OF 2016 By Julius Bari Githambo, of P. 0. Box 483, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Githambo Mengo alias Githambo s/o Mengo, who died at Othaya Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2008.
