CAUSE No. 107 OF 2016 By (1) Rodah Kithei Mutisya and (2) Elijah Kioko Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 80, Oljoro Orok in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Kumba, who died at Ndulya, Kiboko, on 23rd October, 1993.
