TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 195 OF 2016 By Victoria Wambui Muriuki, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Njue, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2009. CAUSE No. 208 OF 2016 By Moses Purdul Kaiseyie, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lengidi Kaiseyie Mekore alias Lengidi ole Kaisei Mekore, who died at Maparasha, on 6th November, 2015. CAUSE No. 210 OF 2016 By (1) Benson Ngang Kareithi and (2) Njane Warari, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Warari Njane, who died at Kware, Ongata Rongai, on 15th October, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
