Box 738, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Itipolo Okaroni Emase, who died at Otimongo Sub-location, on 13th May, 1997. CAUSE No. 474 OF 2016 By (1) James Odhiambo D. Okinda and (2) Michael Okoth Okinda, both of P.O. Box 82, Butula in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okinda Oyatsi, who died at Ligulu Sub-location, on 25th May, 1974. CAUSE No. 489 OF 2016 By (1) Florence 0. Atsoole and (2) Aggrey Asole Elikana, both of P.O. Box 143, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's sister-in-law and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Atioli, who died at Khushiku Sub-location, on 14th December, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
