Box 82918-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Kavata Mzuguller alias Catherine Kavata Kimulu, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 8th April, 2015. CAUSE No. 69 OF 2016 By (1) Essa Musa and (2) Abdulla Mussa Haji and (3) Hassan Moosa Hajiabdalla, all of P.O. Box 88067-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Haji Abdulla Haji Omar alias Musa Haji Abdulla alias Musa Haji Abdalla Sayani, who died at Bondeni, on 23rd September, 2000. CAUSE No. 88 OF 2016 By Gillian Ann Cripwell, of P.O. Box 5701-80401, Diani Beach in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the will of Ian Graeme Cripwell, who died at Mombsa, on 3rd February, 2015.
