TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 131 OF 2016 By (1) Moses Muriuki M'Tharaine and (2) Lawi Kimathi Muriuki, both of P.O. Box 189, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela Nkirote Muriuki, who died along Jomo Kenyatta Avenue, on 22nd December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
