CAUSE No. 138 OF 2016 By (1) Harusi Zimba Masha and (2) Sidi Zimba Masha, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirimo Masha Birya, who died on 6th March, 1980. CAUSE No. 158 OF 2016 By Bakari Jumaa Bakari and (2) Uba Jumaa Bakari, both o . Box 606, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumaa Bakari Salim, who died at Ezamoyo, Kilifi, on 15th October, 2012. CAUSE No. 159 OF 2016 By Bakari Jumaa Bakari and (2) Uba Jumaa Bakari, both of P.O. Box 606, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanathum Oman Mohamud, who died at Tezo, Kilifi, on 5th March, 2005.
