TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 OF 2016 By (1) Richard Mwangi Kagai and (2) John Ndua Kagai, both of P.O. Box 43, Ngewa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Nyaruiru Kagai, who died along Kamiti Road, on 7th March, 2014. CAUSE No. 67 OF 2016 By (1) Catherine Wairimu Irungu, (2) Francis Gichiri Irungu and (3) Mary Wanjiru Irungu, all of P.O. Box 3604-01002, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Irungu Gichiri, who died at Thika, on 3rd June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
