CAUSE No. 272 OF 2016 By Catherine Mwende Musee, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Patrick Musee Makau, who died at Kitui, on 14th July, 2014. CAUSE No. 365 OF 2016 By Margaret Kavinya Mwanzia, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwanzia Isika, who died at Diattiet Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 16th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
