TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 552 OF 2015 By Rafael Alaro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Alaro Tanyi, who died at Kisumu, on 5th October, 1999. CAUSE No. 583 OF 2015 By (I) Rita Awino Otieno Ouko and (2) Quincy Ochieng Ouko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Otieno Ouko, who died at St. Elizabeth Chiga Hospital in Kenya, on 13th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 695 OF 2015 By Laura Akinyi Otieno, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Beatrice Aluoch Weje. CAUSE No. 755 OF 2015 By (1) Rachilo Enoka Ngasi and (2) Mary Oluoch Owinga, both of P.O. Box 21, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enoka Ngasi Achola, who died on 8th August, 2003. CAUSE No. 829 OF 2015 By (1) Selline Auma Onyango and (2) George Onyango Obaga, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Obaga Arwa, who died at West Kadinga, Kombewa, on 15th December, 2010. CAUSE No. 319 OF 2016 By (1) Dennis Onyango Ogola and (2) Kennedy Ouya Oyuya, both of P.O. Box 92, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased's son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ouya Ouya alias Jack Ogola Ouya, who died at Kobala, Nyamware North, West Kochieng Location, Kisumu East District, on 6th December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
