WHEREAS Isaac Wambua Makau, of P.O. Box 135, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0075 hectare or thereabouts, known as Machakos/Town Block 11/206, Situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white card issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 shall issue a new green and white card.
