Box 1353-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mahu Mathenge alias Mahn s/o Mathenge, who died at Gaitara Village, in 1958. CAUSE NO. 130 OF 2016 By (1) Patrick Muriithi Muriuki and (2) Jostinah Wothaya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriuki Kang'eri, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 1987. CAUSE No. 131 OF 2016 By David Kabera Murakaru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gundi Obedi alias Gundi Obedi Chieni, who died at Nairobi, on 4th February, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
