TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 223 OF 2016 By Paul Kipkemboi Chebet, of P.O. Box 3830, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Sawe, who died at Kipsinende, on 5th June, 1993. CAUSE No. 224 OF 2016 By (1) Caroline Jepchumba Ngecher, (2) Winnie J. Samoei and (3) Agnes Lagat in Kenya, all of P.O. Box 30, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Malosoi, who died at Merewet, on 4th MaRch, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
