TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 369 OF 2016 By Charles Carol Maloba, of P.O. Box 929, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Maloba Dwarire, who died on 29th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. 376 OF 2016 By (I) Nelly Okumu Omolo and (2) Francisca Jumbe Mokoya, both of P.O. Box 929, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Magoba Mangeni, who died on 10th October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
