REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tefle Mohamed Salim, of P.O. Box 85561-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as No. 1-719/109, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as LT. 34, Folio 4394/2, File 8495, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the folio in respect of the land title has been lost/destroyed, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour bf the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the folio as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has beenreceived within that period.
