TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2016 By (1) Mary Nyevu Tsuma and (2) John Nzai Menza, the deceased's daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tsuma Nzai Tsuma, who died at District Hospital, Kilifi, on 28th April, 2011. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2016 By Kadzo Samuel Kazungu, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katumwa Kitsao Mwedhya, who died at Ezamoyo, Ngerenya, Kilifi, on 21st February, 2003. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2015 By Charo Kaingu Choyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Choyo Jefwa, who died at Majaoni, Mtondia, Kilifi, on 25th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
