TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2016 By David Baithewa M'Rukunga,•of P.O. Box 152, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph M'Rukunga Moitha, who died at Ntulili, on 26th April, 2015. CAUSE No. 160 OF 2016 By Eliud Ngichu Njuguna, of P.O. Box 120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Wanja Njuguna, who died at P.C.EA., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 1994. The Court will proceed to, issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
