TAKE NOTICE thatapplications having been made in this court in: By Gaudensia Atieno Hawi, of P.O. Box 490, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate td the estate of Ranhiek Obwor alias Randiek Obuor, who died at Marenyo, Sub-location, on 3rd February, 1968. CAUSE No. 252 OF 2016 By (1) Eunice Atieno and (2) Victor Odhiambo Ongesso, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a giant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Ongesso Oketch alias Tittos, who died at Komenya, Kalalca Sub-location, on 9th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
