TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 45 OF 2015 By Rose Mukomugaa M'Mwereria, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kiragu M'Thirai alias Richard Kirad Baithirai, who died at Maua Hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 1986. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2016 By Joseph Mpekethu M'Ekangatu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ekangatu Tuangure alias M'Ekangatu M'Twonkure, who died at Buriemri, on 14th May, 1996. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2016 By Stanley Kathee Kiambaji, of P.O. Box 48, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiberenge Thakaigua, who died at Antuambui, on 30th August, 1981. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2016 By Joel Mutuma M'Itaru, of P.O. Box 45, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Mukiri, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
