TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 32 OF 2016 By (1) Frasia Wamboi Maina and (2) Daniel Mwai Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Maruguti, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 10th February, 2015. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2016 By (1) Benson Kipsoimo Kamarei and (2) Wilson Kiprugut Kiplal, both of P.O. Box 817-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplal Kibiriri Kirorio alias Kiplel Kibibir Kirorso, who died at Kaplelach, Uasin Gishu, on 5th February, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
