TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 338 OF 2016 By (1) Njogu Kiarie and (2) Ayub Kiarie Njogu, both of P.O. Box 42123-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Njogu Kiarie alias Charles Njugu, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2015. CAUSE No. 342 OF 2016 By Naomi Wanjiku Kaloki, of P.O. Box 30124-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Walter Kaloki, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
