TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 458 OF 2016 By (1) Odongo Achieng Mary and (2) Pheobe Adhiambo Odongo, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Omondi Odhiambo, who died on 10th November, 2013. CAUSE No. 479 OF 2016 By (1) Shakila Awuor Onunga and (2) Kobe Ogodo James, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Twahir Oluoch Onunga, who died on 5th December, 2015. CAUSE No. 484 OF 2016 By Tobias Juma Omolo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of-Naftali Omolo Awili alias Omolo Awili, who died on 25th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
