TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 316 OF 2015 By (1) Salome Wanjiku Mafunga, (2) Samuel Njoroge Mafunga and (3) Jacob Nairuka Mafunga, all of P.O. Box 172, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mafunga Nairuka, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 30th November, 2002. CAUSE No. 4(11 OF 2015 By (1) Phaustine Nanyama Barasa and (2) Caroline Nasambu Barasa, both of P.O. Box 1714, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namukhaywa Barasa Wabomba, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 16th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
