No. 209l440lll39, situate in the city of Nairobi in tb Nairobi Area, held under a certificate of title rcgistercd as LR 2781911, and whereas the said Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited ho execute4 an instrument of dlscharge in favour of kudemsio Muriithi Mugambi, and whereas affidavits have becn filled in terms of sectio 65 (1) (n) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of titb registered as I.R. 27819/1 is not available for registration, notice ir given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the dat hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within thrr period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said ccrtificaE of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
