TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with section 247 (1) and (3) of the Companies Act and Rule 192 (1) of the Companies (Winding-Up) Rules 1, the undersigned Liquidator of Rural Urban Credit Finance Limited (In Liquidation), intend to apply to the Court for my release. And further take notice that any objection you may have to the granting of my release must be notified to the Court within twenty one (2 1 ) days of the date hereof.
