APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 12th August, 2015, I appointed Stanley W. Ongeti, Senior Assistant Commissioner for Co- operative Development, to be liquidator of Keekonyokie Farmers Coperative Society Limited (CS/I 72 1) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said liquidator has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 12th August, 2016 for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said liquidator to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co- operative society.
