REGISTRATION

WHEREAS REA Vipingo Plantations Limited, of P.O. Box 17648, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece -of land known as 5025, Takaungu, situate in the south of Takaungu i/i Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 8367, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this land title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
