Box 1-90124, Kithiniani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutua Makewa, who died at Kambusu, Matungulu, on 23rd May, 2006. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2016 By Mutuku James Ndambuki, of P.O. Box 200, Kivingoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Ndave Ndambuki, who died at Kiviigoni, on 28th June, 1997. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2016 By (1) Peter Kilungu Mwinzi and (2) David Mwinzi Nziu, both of P.O. Box 2158-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilungu Mwinzi Nziu, who died at Ikombe, Machakos, on 7th March, 1995. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2016 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
