REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Leila Khamis Salim, (2) Fauna Khamis Jeneby, (3) San* Khamis Salim, (4) Salim Khamis Salim Jeneby (1/2 share) and (5) Salma Mohamed Jeneby (1/2 sham), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 0.065 acre or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Block XVII/128, situate in Mombasa District, and whereas the Kadhi's Court of Kenya in Mombasa in succession cause No. 13 of 2014, in the matter of the estate of Salma Mohamed Jeneby, has ordered the County Land registrar, Mombasa vide DB. No. 66 of 17th May, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. to insert the names of the following heirs in the title. (1) Maamun Mohamed Jeneby, (2) Mahmud Mohamed Jeneby and (3) Zakariya Mohamed Jeneby, in place of Salma Mohamed Jeneby (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued thereto has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with the registration of the Order of court vesting 1/2 share to the beneficiaries and the earlier title shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
