TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 136 OF 2016 By (I) Lucy Wangari Gachathi and (2) Veronicah Wanjini Kahindo, both of P.O. Box 8608-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndung'u Kahindo, who died at Kahawa West, on 26th January, 2016. - The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
