WHEREAS Wambui d/o Karanja (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.55 acre or thereabouts, known as Karai/Gikambura/64; situate in the district of Kikuyu and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 119 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to Billy Karanja Ndungu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambui d/o Karanja (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days. from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L.•7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambui d/o Karanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZE' I E NonCE No. 6095 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mburu Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.0 acres or thereabout, known as Chania/Makwa/417, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Thika in succession cause No. 377 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Peter Njuguna Mburu and (2) Martin Gathuru Alphonce Mburu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mburu Njuguna (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mburu Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
