TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 75 OF 2016 By Kimani Mains, of P.O. Box 340, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Gathia alias Mama Gathia, who died on 7th May, 1987. CAUSE NO. 276 OF 2016 By (1) Penina Muthoni Mathia and (2) Anthony Mwangi Mathia, both of P.O. Box 1044, Kiambu in Kenya, the deeased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathia Kigecha, who died at Kanunga, on 11th July, 1999. CAUSE No. 313 OF 2015 By Wathua Gichane, of P.O. Box 896, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Gichane Kibera, who died at Kiambu Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
