NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd March, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 460, in Volume DI, Folio 115/1307, File No. MMXVI, by our client, Catherine Wangari Muiru (guardian) on behalf of Jeremiah Muiru (minor), of P,O. Box 5771-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jeremy Wegulo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jeremy Wegulo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jeremiah Muiru, for all putposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jeremiah Muiru only.
