GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4060

WHEREAS Jacob Mwaniki Karukungi alias Mwaniki Jacob Karukungi (deceased), of Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kagaari/Kanja/2639, 2640 and 2735, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 34of 2012, has ordered that the said pieces of land be registered in the name of Jemima Wanjiru Mwaniki (ID/0346327), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said Jemima Wanjiru Mwaniki (II)10346327), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Jacob Mwaniki Karukungi alias Mwaniki Jacob Karukungi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
