NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th May, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2287, in Volume DI, Folio 132/1618, File No. MMXVI, by our clients, (I) Margaret Wanjiku Gittao and (2) Elijah Joe Gittao (guardians) on behalf of Neema Wanjiku Kimani (minor), of P.O. Box 70465-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Neema Wanjiku Obong, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Neema Wanjiku Obong and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Neema Wanjiku Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her, assumed name Neema Wanjiku Kimani only.
