GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4256

WHEREAS Murima Mungai (deceased), of P.O. Box 1398, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kapsarert/Kapsaret Block 1 (Yamumbi)/263, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 29 of 1987, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Stephen Mungai Munma and (2) Mary Muthoni Murima, both of P.O. Box 1398, Eldoret, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Murima Mungai (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in the names of (1) Stephen Mungai Murima and (2) Mary Muthoni 10th June, -2016 THE KENYA GAZETTE -- Murima, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Murima Mungai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
