Box 46586-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/10822, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 45873/1, and whereas the said ABN AMRO Bank Limited has lodged an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of Bollore Africa Logistics Kenya Limited, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as No. I.R. 45873/1 is not available for registration, notice isgiven that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided That no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
